Ah, philosophy. Why not? Ok. That’s no answer. I’ve been called “Grover” pretty much all my life (earliest I can remember is Grade 7). There are worse things to be called. I’ll stick with a name that is, at least, not nasty.

So why OldGrover? Because “Grover” was taken on several places I tried to create an account. OldGrover is NEVER taken, except by me. I can be reasonably confident that OldGrover is me online. Not bad. Useful, even.

The fact I can make a really cool ‘Grover with a beard” icon is a bonus. Yay for madphotoshop skills. I’m OldGrover on fark.com, on several theatre websites, on livejournal, on pbase.com and several other places, including gmail. Easy, peasy, no thought required.
